              <p>I'm a builder who ended up in finance.</p>

              <p>For the last five years, I've worked as a financial advisor with high-income Christian families. That work forced me to think clearly about stewardship, long-term decisions, and what actually matters when the noise is stripped away.</p>

              <p>At the same time, I've always built systems. Not for fun. Because broken processes bother me. I've spent years turning messy workflows into something that actually runs. That eventually turned into software. FieldCommand is the current version, a bid-to-payment platform for commercial electricians.</p>

              <p>I didn't come up through a traditional tech path. I learned by doing, breaking things, and rebuilding them better. AI just made that faster. I use it aggressively, but I don't trust it. Everything gets tested until it works in the real world.</p>

              <p>The audits came out of frustration. Most business owners either ignore AI or use it in ways that create more work, not less. Meanwhile, I was using it to remove hours from my own workflows. The gap was obvious.</p>

              <p>So I stopped talking about tools and started fixing systems.</p>
